Accounts Receivable Collector 

Job Description :

Make daily Collection Calls / Emails
Provide customers with invoices through various methods; On-line, Email, Billing Reports etc.
Accept and Resolve incoming A/R phone calls from internal and external customers

Qualifications:

Ability to provide customers with an Excellent Customer Service experience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a group
Must be motivated and capable of adapting to the needs of individual customers to produce the required A/R results
Proficiency in Excel would be considered as asset
